摘　　要：非洲民主化进程受到非洲社会内外各方面因素的影响和制约。商品经济不发达使非洲政治民主先天不足;部族政治的痼疾使部族因素与政党、政权和国家等政治因素缠绕在一起;军人干政的传统对非洲政治民主化进程有不利影响;民主政治文化的缺失以及传统文化的深刻影响决定了构建民主政治的艰巨性和长期性;深度依赖国际援助以及西方援助方冷战后将发展援助政治化使非洲民主化进程深受“外力推动”的影响。The process of African democratization is influenced and restricted by various factors from inside and outside the African societies. The underdevelopment of commodity economy brings about the inborn deficiency of African political democracy. The chronic malpractice of ethnic politics entangles the factor of ethnicity with political parties, political powers and the state. The tradition of military interference in politics also poses a hindrance to African political democratization. The lack of democratic political culture and the negative influence of the traditional culture forecast the arduous and long process of democracy building. Deep dependence on international aid and the politicization of the development assistance by the Western donors account for the 'propelled by the outer force' character of the African democratization. Only the above-mentioned factors are to be overcome can African democratization move forward along the sound way.
