摘 要:磁聚焦静电偏转(MS)和静电聚焦静电偏转(SS)型摄像管具有图像失真小,分辨率高且均匀,电子束易于垂直上靶,阴影小等优点,所以受到人们的重视。但图案偏转电极的形状复杂,非对称场的计算较困难。本文对静电偏转型聚焦偏转系统的结构作了分析研究,运用分离变量法给出了圆柱坐标中静电聚焦(旋转对称)场和静电偏转(非旋转对称)场的解析解,讨论了静电聚焦静电偏转(SS)型聚焦偏转系统设计中有关电子轨迹的计算方法,最后给出了计算实例和1in与2/3in全静电实验样管的测试结果。n electroctatic deflection-type camera tube has the following edvantages:The small electron beam spots over the entire scanned area provide uniform and high resolution picture,normal beam landing performance and excellent deflection linearity.The focus deflection system of a camera tube with electrostatic deflection yokes have ben investigated in this Paper. Electric field distributions of electrostatic focus (rotatiohally symmetrical) and electrestatic deflection (non-rotationally symmetrical) are obtained using analytic methods. And the method of solving seneral equation of motion for an electron in mixed field which produces a combined electrestatic focus field and the electrostatic deflection field is briefly discussed. We present our experimental results for two type test tubes of lin-format and 2/3in-format with all electrostatic.
