摘 要:目的 评价变色液体培养基快速检测分枝杆菌的应用价值。方法 利用变色液体培养基接种痰标本培养,并与改良酸性罗 琼氏(Lowenstein Jensen ,L J)培养基平行比较。结果 911例痰标本的涂阳检测率为2 9.1% ,变色液体培养阳性率为4 3.4 % ,略高于改良罗 琼氏(L J)培养阳性率4 0 .1% ,变色液体培养基和改良罗 琼培养涂阳平均检出时间分别为6和18d ,涂阴平均检出时间分别为15和2 8d ,污染率分别为2 .7%和2 .1%。结论 变色液体培养基检测结核分枝杆菌,具有快速、简便、可靠和实用性好的特点。Objective To evaluate the method of culturing Tubercle Bacilli rapidly with liquid culture medium.Methods The sputum specimens were inoculated on the different mediums. The colorimetric liquid medium was evaluated and compared with the modified acid Lowenstein-Jesen(L-J) medium in parallel. Results 911 sputum specimens were evaluated. The rate of smear-positive specimens was 29.1%. The culture positive rate of 43.4% with liquid culture medium was slightly higher than that of 40.1% with L-J medium. By the liquid culture medium and the modified acid L-J medium, the mean time of detecting Tubercle Bacilli in smear-positive specimens was respectively 6 and 18 days, the mean time of detecting Tubercle Bacilli in smear-negative specimens was respectively 15 and 28 days. And the rate of contamination was respectively 2.7% and 2.1%.Conclusion It has the quick,simple,convenient,reliable and practical advantages for the liquid culture medium to culture Tubercle Bacilli.
