摘  要:本文通过SEM、激光粒度分析、比表面积测定、润湿热的测定及X衍射分析对高压辊磨预处理铁精矿的活化机理进行了研究。研究表明:铁精矿经过高压辊磨预处理后,其平均粒径明显减小,细粒级含量增多,其粒径对数分布接近正态分布。其颗粒形貌多为针状、片状和条形状,并且有些颗粒明显存在裂隙。铁精粉的润湿热由1. 4 5×10 - 5J/cm2 提高到9 .78×10 - 5J/cm2 ,从而活性增加,其表面的吸附能力提高。In this paper, SEM, Laser Size Analyzer, Specific Area Measurement, Micro Thermal Gravimetry and X-ray Diffraction are used to determine the activation mechanisms about pretreated magnetite concentrate by high pressure grinding. It has been shown that: when the magnetite concentrate is pretreated, it's average size is decreased, small size content is increased. it's size log-distribution is more like normal distribution. The grain shape appeared as needle, slice, grate, and some have cracks. The moistening thermal is increased from 1.45×10 -5 J/cm2 to 9.78×10 -5 J/cm2. So, it's activity and surface-absorb force were increased.
