摘  要:对天津钢管公司由德国LOI公司总承包设计建造的φ33.25m环形炉设计特点做了分析。其炉底钢结构、炉子砌体、机械设备的设计均有独到之处,有效地解决了炉底膨胀、炉底积渣、炉压波动等环形炉常见问题。燃烧系统采用成熟的低氧化氮天然气烧嘴,热工控制系统采用2级计算机数模自动完成最优化加热,单耗低、加热质量优异。The designing characteristics ofφ33.25m ring heating furnace which is designed and built by LOI Company in TPCO is analyzed. The design of steel structured furnace bottom, the furnace masonry envelope and mechanic equipments are unique resolving efficiently the common problems that are always encountered in the common ring heating furnace, such as the inflation and the slagging in bottom and the furnace pressure fluctuation. The low nitrogen oxide natural gas burner is applied in the combustion system and the 2nd computerized numerical model in the thermal control system so the optimizing heating is completed with low consumption and high quality.
