重建钢板在锁骨粉碎性骨折中的应用(附34例报告)

摘　　要：目的　探讨AO重建钢板治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折的手术方法及临床疗效。方法　1998年8月～2 0 0 4年8月,用AO重建钢板治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折34例,皆为闭合性骨折。结果　34例获随访,随访时间6～14个月,平均8个月。骨折全部愈合,未出现畸形愈合,肩关节活动良好。未出现神经、血管损伤等并发症,1例出现钢板内固定物断裂(再次外伤) ,再次手术后获得愈合。结论　AO重建钢板设计合理,固定牢固,患者可行早期功能锻炼,是治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折的理想内固定器。Objective To study the operative procedure and clinical outcome of using AO reconstruction plate in the treatment of clavicular comminuted fractures. Methods From Aug 1998 to Aug 2004 thirty-forth patients with clavicular comminuted fractures were treated with reconstruction plate, all cases were closed fractures. Results All cases were followed up for six-fourteen months, and all of the fractures healed with well joint movement. One case was detected with broken reconstruction plate, and was healed after second operation. There were no complications of nerve or vessel injuries. Conclusion AO reconstruction plate is an ideal interior fixer for the treatment of clavicular comminuted fractures.
