产科一对一责任制助产的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的　通过回顾性分析一对一责任制助产在产科应用的效果,探讨最佳产时保健服务新模式。方法　分析2 0 0 1年7月～2 0 0 3年6月接受一对一责任制助产的产妇临床资料,并与原产时保健服务的临床效果对比,经统计学处理。结果　一对一责任制助产能降低剖宫产率,减少产后出血、产程异常和新生儿窒息发生,差异有显著性(P <0 0 5 ) ,并且提高工作效率,减少医疗纠纷,不增加医务人员,不增加产妇住院费。结论　一对一责任制助产能够提高产科质量,提高医务人员综合服务素质,在不增加人员,不增加产妇住院费情况下,是可行的。Objective Through retrospective analysis of the effect of one-to-one responsibility system deliver, probe into the best intrapartum health-care service mode. Methods Analyze the clinical data of parturients who accepted one-to-one responsibility system deliver from 2001 July to 2003 June, compared with the effect of formal intrapartum health-care service, having the results passed statistical treatment. Results It appeared that one-to-one responsibility system deliver reduced the cesarean section rate, decreased postpartum hemorrhage, abnormalities in labor stages and asphyxia neonatorum, with significant difference (P<0.05). Furthermore, it elevated the efficiency of work, reduced medical tangles, didn’t increase medical staff and hospitalization cost of parturients. Conclusion One-to-one responsibility system deliver may elevate medical service quality of obstetric department and the comprehensive quality of medical staff, also, it is feasible without increase medical staff or the hospitalization cost of parturients.
