摘　　要：本文浅要分析了舆论监督对于规范上市公司的重要性,分析了中国上市公司舆论监督缺位的现状,并提出了相关建议。The essay mainly has discussed the importance and the problems of supervision on the public listed companies by the public opinion, which compares with the foreign sound supervision institution and aims at perfecting the supervision on public listed company.
