摘 要:欲提高短棒状杆菌制剂的临床应用效果,为该产品进一步精制奠定基础,进行了短棒状杆菌有效成份的研究。在适宜的培养基中,以厌氧法培养短棒状杆菌,分别收获菌体及培养上清,做生物学活性检测。结果显示,菌体细胞内脾激活和抑瘤试验生物学活性显著,细胞代谢产物无生物学活性。实验证实,短棒状杆菌的有效成份在菌体细胞内,与细胞代谢产物无关。In order to improve the effects on clinical application of corynebactrium parvum preparation, a researah project of corynebactrium parvum on its activity was done. It laid the foundation for further purification of product. Corynebactria parvum was cultured with proper culture-medium by anaerobic cultivation. Somatic cell and nutrient fluid were collected separately to analyse bioactivities. It showed that the spleen activation and tumor inhibition test were effective in somatic cell other than in metabolites. The experiment proved that activity of corynebacterium parvun was in somatic cells.
