立普妥对糖尿病性高脂血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察立普妥(阿托伐他汀)对2型糖尿病患者血脂异常的疗效。方法应用立普妥对糖尿病伴高脂血症患者治疗1月,观察血脂变化情况。结果立普妥纠正糖尿病患者的血脂异常总有效率为100%,以降低总胆固醇、低密度胆固醇水平为主,同时也降低甘油三酯、升高高密度胆固醇水平。结论立普妥能迅速有效改善2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者的血脂异常,降低心脑血管卒中的危险性。Objective To observe the effects of atorvastatin on hyperlipidemia in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia were taken with atorvastatin for 1 month and the changes of fasting blood lipid levels were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment for hyperlipidemia in type 2 diabetics was 100%.Atorvastatin cut down the levels of blood TC and LDL mainly,and it cut down the levels of blood TG and elevated the levels of blood HDL.No serious side-effects were found.Conclusion Atorvastatin treatment may improve the blood lipid levels of type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia quickly and effectively,and decrease the danger of cardiovasculor and cerebral vasculor diseases.
