摘　　要：介绍了一类新型的发光材料稀土硼磷酸盐荧光粉 从特性、结构和发展等方面对其进行了概括,并着重阐述了此材料已有的两种制备方法,即固相反应法和水热合成法,以及与此法相应的研究进展状况;同时根据有关的报道及科学的推理,分析提出了溶胶-凝胶法和燃烧法这两种可能的制备方法,并讨论了它们的应用前景 最后。This paper described the characterization, structure and development of the rare earth borophosphate luminescent materials and summarized two kinds of synthetic methods preparing the luminescent materials, including solid state reaction method and hydrothermal synthesis.Also,the methads of the sol-gel process and the combustion synthesis,and their prospects were discussed. Finally, the problems that should be solved during the development of this kind of materials were analyzed and the use of rare earth borophosphate was prospected.
