节能荧光灯管寿命的探讨

摘　　要：本文研究了节能荧光灯管整个生产过程中影响其寿命的诸因素，除了保证一定的真空度和真空卫生外，选取优质荧光粉、改进灯丝结构、采用质佳的电子粉、严格控制涂粉量、选取适当的充氩气量，对灯管的长寿命、高可靠是极其重要的。In this paper, the whole production process of the energy-saving fluorescent lamp tubes is studied. Besides high vacuum of the tubes and clean assembly envirenment, we must select fine quality phosphor powder, make better filament construction, adopt very good electron powder,control the thickness of powder coating and choose suitable argon pressure. These technical measures are very inportant for long life and high reliability of the lamp tubes.
