摘　　要：目的:探讨安全有效的内镜下摘除结、直肠有蒂或无蒂大息肉。方法:根据息肉的大小、形态,采取相应的方法行圈套电凝摘除。结果:本院内镜室对16例2～3.5cm大小不等、形态不同(有蒂或无蒂、分叶状、扁平)息肉进行内镜电凝电切治疗,未出现出血或穿孔等并发症,所复查的12例中均无复发。结论:结肠镜下大息肉电凝摘除是安全有效的。Objective:To investigate extirpation of big colon and rectal polyps with pedicel or non-pedicel in safe and useful endoscope. Methods:To use polyp extirpation with snare electrocoagulation in corresponding way to different polyps. Results:16patients with 2～3.5cm different size and shape polyps are treated by electric cut and electrocoagulation in endoscope in our endoscope department. They have not bleeding and perforation complication, 12checked patients have not recurred. Conclusion:Extirpation big polyp by electrocoagulation in colonofiberscope is safe and useful.
