超声导向下行腹腔脏器及大腿肿物细针组织学活检的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨在B超导向下行肝、肾、胰、上腹部实质非均质肿物及大腿等占位的细针组织学活检术的临床价值。方法:分析总结5 8例上腹部实质非均质肿物及大腿等占位的细针组织学活检术术前准备、操作方法、术中配合及术后观察等,通过B超观察肿块的形态结构,从B超诊断与病理诊断及符合率结果作详细比较。结果:B超诊断符合率为94 .6 % ,组织活检取材成功率为96 .6 %。结论:B超诊断结合B超导向下行肿物的细针组织学活检术的临床价值,对协助诊断和提高B超诊断水平具有重要的价值,并具有安全性、准确性、创伤性小及操作简便的特点,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of pathological biopsy of the mass in the abdomen and thigh under guidance of ultrasound.Methods To analyse ane summarize the preoperative preparation, operative methods, interoperative cooperation and observation after operation to pathological biopsics of the mass in 58 patients in the liver, kidney pancreas,thigh,and to compare the results of ultrasound and pathology.Results The coincident rate of ultrasonoraphic diagnosis was 94.6 %.The successful rate of pathologic biopsy was 96.6 %.Conclusions Pathological biopsy under guidance of ultrasound is safe,accurate,simple.Pathologic biopsy under guidance of ultrasound help clinical and ultrasonog raphical diagnosis.
