摘　　要：目的　研究影视阴道镜在宫颈病变中的应用。方法　对153 例宫颈病变患者进行阴道镜图像观察及病理检查。结果　慢性宫颈炎99例, 宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN) 44 例, 宫颈癌6 例, 宫颈乳头状瘤4 例, 分别占64 70%、28 75%、3 92%、2 61%。结论　影视阴道镜能准确取组织活检, 可早期发现宫颈病变及宫颈癌,用于临床教学及治疗后随访。Objective To study the clinical use of the vidio colposcopy in patients with cervical disease.Methods The patients with cervical disease were examinated by colposcopy and pathology.Results The results of the examination showed chronic cervicitis 99 cases,CIN 44 cases,cervical cancer six cases,cervical papilloma four cases and the rates were 64 70%,28 75%,3 92%,2 61%,respctively.Conclusion The cervical disease and cervical cancer can be found by colposcopy and biopsy early.It can be used as a way of clinical teaching and the fouowing up of treatment effect for cervical disease.
