经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗老年高危前列腺增生65例观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨双极等离子电切技术在老年高危良性前列腺增生(BPH) 患者手术治疗中的应用。方法　使用双极等离子电切系统对老年高危BPH施行经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术65例。结果　本组全部患者手术过程顺利、出血少, 无经尿道电切综合征(TURS) 发生。结论　对于高危BPH (特别对于患有心血管疾病的)患者, 双极等离子电切系统的应用使手术治疗的可行性和安全性得到了进一步的提高。Objective To discuss the efficacy of transurethral plasmakentic vaporization of prostate(TUPKVP)for surgery to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)in the aged patients at high risk.Methods Sixty five cases aged BPH patients at high risk were treated by TUPKVP.Results All operations were smooth.Less blood lost and no transurethral resection syndrome(TURS)happened.Conclusioo As to endangering patient of BPH(especially to who has been suffered from cardiovascular disease),the feasibility and security of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)have improved further by the bipolar plasma electricity cut systematic application.
