连续退火炉炉底辊的显微结构分析

摘　　要：对硅钢厂、冷轧厂连续退火炉所用碳套辊、石英陶瓷辊的形貌与显微结构进行了分析,认为表面的光洁平整程度与孔洞的形状影响辊子的使用寿命;炉底辊的材料与质量改进应该注重材料的致密性与气孔形态。The contour and microstructures of the carbon or quartz ceramic rollers used in the continuous annealing furnaces in the Silicon Steel Sheet Mill and the Cold Rolling Mill are analyzed.It's concluded that the service life of the rollers greatly depends upon the finish and flatness of the roll surface and the geometrical shapes of the blow holes in the roll and therefore emphasis should be placed on the compactness and shape of blow hole of roll materials in improvement of the materials and quality of the furnace bottom rollers.
