摘　　要：简述了扇形块径向缸式卷取机卷筒结构及工作原理。对卷筒胀缩故障现象进行了分析,提出了处理方案,消除了故障,总结出了经验。The thesis not only describes the structure and working principle of segment radial cylinder coiler reel,and the failure of reel expansion and contraction,but also describes the reason why it is happened,treatment resolution,result and final conclusion.
