摘　　要：介绍了小球和蜂窝蓄热体蓄热式燃烧技术在首钢加热炉上的应用,分析了其运行时出现蓄热体板结、破碎,阀门损坏,加热能力不足等问题,提出了基本对策。通过加热炉检修技术措施的实施,逐步解决其技术问题,延长了使用寿命。This article introduces the application of globule and honeycomb material regenerative combustion technology in Shougang heating furnace, analyses the problems such as hardening and crashing regenerative material, damaging the valve and insufficient capacity in use, as well as puts forward the way to solve them. Technical measures were applied in examination and repair of heating furnace, thus these technical problems have been solved gradually.
