摘  要:用受体放射性配体结合分析法测定了针刺“足三里”穴对大鼠脑不同分区组织及脾脏中的5-HT和M受体的Rt值,并以不针刺和针刺太冲穴大鼠为对照。结果表明:针刺“足三里”穴产生明显镇痛效果时,大脑皮层、海马、纹状体、脊髓、脾脏中5-HT和M受体Rt值均较对照组明显降低,而5-HT受体Rt值在脑干和延脑中明显降低,丘脑则无明显变化;M受体的Rt值在脑干和延脑中无明显变化,而丘脑则显著降低。此结果与针刺“太冲”穴时有明显不同,证实了不同经络上穴位的差异性。5-HT and muscarine (M) recepters total binding capacities (Rt) in different brain areas and spleen were determined using recepter radioligand binding assay (RLBA) after needling zusanli of rats. And the rats without needling and needling Taichong point were used as contral. These results showed that 5-HT and M recepters Rt were decreased obviously than control group in rat's cerebral cortex, hippocampus, striatum, spinal cord and spleen when needling zusanli can produce obivous acupuncture analgesia. 5-HT Rt in briain stem and medulln oblongata was obviously decreased and not changed in thalamus. M receptor Rt value was not changed clearly in brain stem and medulla oblongata as well, but it was obviously decreased in thelamus. These results showed that effects of acupoints on Various meridians are different, thus the results of acupuncture at Zusanli are distinct from taichong
