摘　　要：介绍了WEB监控系统的体系结构。实现了一个非常成功的基于WEB的监控系统。系统根据工程的需求,采用先进的计算机技术和网络技术,提供一个综合的、集成的解决方案,合理地开发出一套基于WEB,易于使用、管理和扩展的灵活的标准监控系统。The composing and the principle of implement of the remote power and environment monitory system were presented. Based on it, the system introduced an integrated method using the advance technology of computer and network, and developed a remote power and environment monitory system based on WEB. It has solved the problem of how to use and manage easily.
