摘 要:本文对某冶金企业的高炉设备系统进行可靠性建模与分析,尤其是对m/n可修冷储备的分系统进行可靠性建模。这种系统是由n个部件组成,其中有m个部件在工作,k个部件备用(m+k=n),系统有且只有m个部件在工作系统才不会失效,在这里把这种系统叫做m/n冷储备系统,对于不同单元的可修冷储备系统目前尚无有效的方法确定其可靠性,本文应用马尔可夫过程,根据失效部件数量来对系统进行描述,给出了求解其可靠性的方法。The paper proposed to perform reliability modeling and analysis for the furnace equipment system in a metallurgical company, especially for the reliability modeling of subsystems with cold standby redundancy systems that is composed by n components, among them m components on work and k components on spare (m+k=n). The systems won’t failure under the condition of having and only having m components on work. We call it m/n cold standby redundancy system. There is no effective method to determine the reliability of m/n system with deferent components. The paper uses Markov process to describe the system according to the quantity of failure components and gives the method of solving this kind of reliability.
