摘　　要：对多品种混合装配流水线的构成进行了分析,提出一种基于面向对象Petri网(OOPN)技术的装配流水线布局规划仿真建模方法。通过仿真,可以得到装配系统和物流配送系统对流水线的影响,然后通过调整这些影响因素来实现流水线的优化。并结合企业的实际应用需求开发了该系统的仿真软件。The structure of multi-product assembly line is analyzed. The elements of multi-product assembly line are classified into objects. Then a new object-oriented petri net is developed based on Petri net and object-oriented technology, which is used to modeling the assemble line layout for simulation. Through the method, the influences from assembly system and logistics system to the whole line can be obtained, the line can be optimize by adjust these factors. At last the software for simulation is developed.
