东辽河水资源评价的一致性分析

摘　　要：本文以东辽河水资源评价中1956￣2000年径流系列为例,对十屋水文站上游天然径流的形成机制变化的成因进行分析。经过降雨径流关系、年径流系数变化过程及降雨径流双累积曲线特性的分析,阐明了1980年后实测年径流量减少主要为其上游修建水库所致,并对1956￣1979年资料进行一致性修正,其成果可以真实反映近期下垫面条件下的地表水资源量。The paper analyses cause of formation mechanism variation of natural runoff in upstream of Shiwuhydrological station taking 1956~2000year runoff series as example in evaluation of water resources for East liaohe river, explains annual runoff diminution cause as result of constructing reservoirs in upstream of East liaohe river,revises data of 1956~1979years. The result reflects surface water resources amount under base course in the near future.
