摘　　要：介绍了骨科卧床病人便秘的常见原因及预防措施。提出加强饮食指导、心理疏导、合理用药、适当的穴位按摩和重视排便训练可有效减少骨科卧床病人便秘的发生。it introduced the causes of constipation of patients lying in bed in orthopedics department and its prevention strategies. It put forward some effective measures including to strengthen the diet instruction, psychological leading, reasonable medication, proper acupoint massage and to pay attention to defecation training to decrease the occurrence of constipation in these patients.
