涤盖棉织物分散/活性反向染色工艺的研究

摘　　要：本文提出了涤盖棉织物两浴法染色的一个新工艺—反向染色。并通过对正、反向染色的染物在品质、染色时间、用水量几个方面的考察对比,分析了反向染色的可行性和诸多优点。文章还研究了反向染色时活性染料的选用问题。Negative dyeing process, a new method of two bath dyeing of polyester/cotton reversible fabrics is presented in the article. Based on the comparison in fabric' s quality, dyeing time and water consumption both in positive and negative dyeing, the feasibility and adventages of the latter are analysed. The selection of suitable reactive dyes is discussed as well.
