摘  要:目的 获得西昌市钉螺的生态数据,并评价采用标记重捕技术研究钉螺生态的可行性。方法 连续一年每月在西昌市钉螺孳生地选择3条沟渠,应用Bailey's Triple Catch技术,捕获、标记和重捕钉螺,计算钉螺的数量、出生率和死亡率。结果 经χ2检验有6个月捕获钉螺存在不随机的偏差,每米沟渠钉螺数量在83~4 13只,一些月份钉螺出生率和死亡率的结果在此范围之外。结论 标记重捕技术可用于钉螺生态的研究,为取得更好的结果,建议延长捕获钉螺的间隔时间,并保证捕螺的随机性。Objective To obtain the ecologi cal data of Oncomelania hupensis in field in Xi chang City and to evaluate the feasibility of the study on ecology of Oncomelania snails using the mark-recapture method. Methods According to the Bailey's Triple Catch method , three ditches were seleted as study areas per month throughout one year and th e snails were captured, marked and recaptured, then the population, birth rate a nd mortality of the snails were estimated. Results There was non-random sampling of snails in six months by Chi-squared (χ2) test. The population of snails in per meter ditch was from 83 to 413. Th e birth rate and mortality were out of the valid range in some months. Conclusion The mark-recapture method is feasib l e on the study of ecology of snails. In order to promote to precision, it is sug gested that to prolong the interval between the snail captures and assure the random sampling of the snails.
