摘  要:文中就旋转机械的转子/支承系统,针对几种典型的故障现象,利用最小二乘格网滤波器和横向滤波器算法,在时域内提出了一种基于矢量投影的故障诊断法。本法利用柔性转子模拟试验台对三种典型故障──摩擦、油膜涡动、油膜振荡实现了在线故障诊断,结果表明与实际相符,并用最大熵谱离线分析,也得到了相同的结论。This paper presents a new failure diagnosis method based on vector projection (VPDS) which uses least squares adaptive lattice filters and transversal filters algorithm for the key component of rotating ma-chinery-rotor /bearing system.Besides test of simulation,many times of on-line failure diagnosis are carried out using this method on a flexible rotor stage for three typical failures-friction,oil whirl,and oil whip. The results of diagnosis indi-cate the types and degree of real failures correctly,confirming that it is a simple and effective method. Finally,we analyses these typical failure signals by means of maximum entropy spectral method. Itshows that its results are as well as VPDS method.
