摘　　要：目的:运用反相高效液相色谱法测定轻身减肥片(大黄、防己等)中粉防己碱及防己诺林碱的含量。方法:采用Zor baxC18柱,甲醇 0. 3 二乙胺溶液(75∶25)为流动相,检测波长为 242nm。结果:粉防己碱的回收率为 103. 65 、RSD为 1. 59 (n=6);防己诺林碱的回收率为 97. 11 、RSD为 1. 91 (n=6)。结论:本法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为产品的定量分析方法。AIM: To determine the contents of tetrandrine and fangchinoline in Qingshenjianfei Tablets by RP-HPLC. METHODS:In this method Zorbax C 18 column was used, and methanol—0.3%diethylamine (75∶25) as a mobile phase , the detection wavelength was at 242 nm. RESULTS:The recovery of tetrandrine was 103.65% and RSD was 1.59% .The recovery of fangchinoline was 97.11% and RSD was 1.91% (n=6). CONCLUSION: This method is simple,quick,reproducible and can be used for the quantitative analysis。
