摘　　要：应用财务净现值法和动态费用年值法,综合考虑系统造价及年运行成本,对污水源热泵、燃煤锅炉+分体式空调、燃油锅炉+分体式空调、燃气锅炉+分体式空调及电锅炉+分体式空调5种供暖空调系统的经济性进行了分析。Applying the financial net present value method and the dynamic annual expense value method and synthetically considering the manufacturing cost and operating cost, the economic analysis is made on five kinds of heating air conditioning systems, including sewage source heat pump, coal-fired boiler and split air conditioner, oil-fired boiler and split air conditioner, electric boiler and split air conditioner.
