摘 要:对联轴器对中误差的定义、描述参数、测量方法、评定标准、调整方法及在线监测等方面进行清晰、全面的分析,指出了目前工程技术中有关联轴器对中误差的概念及理论上的不足,并指出这些不足导致目前工程实践中有关联轴器对中误差的处理方法存在不足,使得对对中误差的控制精度不够高,产生了一些“恼人的问题”。文章提供了解决这些问题的完整体系,有助于改进联轴器对中误差理论及方法的现状。This paper analyses the definition and the depicting parameters and the measure method and the adjudication standard and the adjustment method and the online measure method of the coupling shaft alignment errors clearly and thoroughly, and points out the faults of the conception and the theory about the coupling shaft alignment errors in the nowadays engineering technology, and points out that these faults can result in the faults of the methods about the coupling shaft alignment errors and result in the lower precision during dealing with the coupling shaft alignment errors , this lower precision is often thought of the “vexing problem' in the engineering practice. This paper provides the overall system to solve these problems, and it aids to improve the actuality about the theory and the methods of the coupling shaft alignment errors.
