摘 要:异形螺杆的加工一般采用成型法及无瞬心包络铣削方法在专用数控铣床上进行。成型法使用法面数据制作成型刀进行加工,无瞬心包络铣削方法既可以采用端面数据也可以采用法面数据形成数控程序进行加工,因此用户在加工过程中常常涉及到端面、法面数据互相转换的问题。文章针对以离散数据点集给出的端面数据及法面数据,给出两种数据互相转换的公式及计算机实现方法,该方法具有很好的通用性及实用价值,满足了螺杆生产厂家的实际需要。The special screw is manufactured with the molding method and non-instantaneous envelope method on the numerical control millers generally. For the molding method, the workpiece is machined by profile cutter according to normal-section data. For non-instantaneous envelope method, the process is accomplished by NC program which can adopt not only cross-section data but also normal-section data. So the users often confront some data converting problems between the cross-section and the normal-section. In this article, the formulae and computer method is put forward to solve the problem for the discrete data aggregation. This method is characteristic of versatility and practicability. It meets the practical needs of manufacturers.
