摘  要:对丙烯酸乙酯生产工艺中的5011、502脱酸塔双塔流程进行了模拟计算,根据计算结果,对原流程进行了优化,将双塔流程优化为单塔流程,并采用规整填料对原板式塔进行了改造,使得产品丙烯酸乙酯中丙烯酸的质量浓度由原来的几千mg/L降到了10mg/L以下, 证明流程优化是可行的。T5011 and T502, which extract acrylic acid (AA) in the process of ethyl acrylate (EA), were (simulated) with professional software. The original process was optimized according to the simulation results. Double tower process was changed into single tower process. Structured packing and special designed tower internals were (adopted) in the place of the existing sieve trays during retrofit. Concentration of AA in the EA product reduced from 1000—3000 mg/L to less than 10 mg/L. It approves that the process optimization is reliable.
