摘 要:阐述了LC210型联醇催化剂的组成、物理性质、与国内同类型催化剂的性能对比以及工艺条件对其性能的影响,介绍了该催化剂的升温还原与工业运行情况。实践证明,该催化剂活性高,在压力8.7~12.3MPa、温度(230±10)℃、新鲜气气量40000m^3/h(标态)、CO含量2.0%~5.0%、C02含量l%左右条件下,CO转化率90%,产粗醇3t/h左右,能满足工业生产要求。An explanation is given of the composition and physical properties of the Type LC210 catalyst for integrated methanol production, its comparison with similar domestic catalysts in per-formance, and the effect of the process conditions on its performance, and an introduction is also given to its reduction by heating and its industrial operation. Practice proves that the catalyst is high in activity, and with a pressure of 8.7~12.3 MPa, a temperature of (230±10)℃, a feed gas flow of 40 000 m 3/h (standard state),a CO content of 2.0%~5.0%, and a CO 2 content of about 1%, the CO conversion is 90%, and about 3 t/h of crude methanol are produced, able to meet the requirement for industrial production.
