摘  要:瓦氏黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus vachelli)经人工授精获得受精卵并在24 5 ℃条件下孵化获得仔鱼, 观测了20 ℃,23 ℃,26 ℃和29 ℃仔鱼发育过程中的各项参数, 结果表明: 卵黄囊期历时分别为8 21,7 41,6 61,5 61 d; 饥饿半致死时间分别为13 01,11 01,10 01,9 01 d; 卵黄囊期仔鱼体质量的净增加量分别为2 74,3 00,4 66,3 02 mg;体长净增加量分别为3 92, 4 10, 5 20, 3 32 mm; 特殊体质量每天增长率分别为10 01%, 11 06%, 21 20%,14 05%; 特殊体长每天增长率分别为6 29%,7 22%,10 75%,7 32%. 体质量和卵黄囊体积呈显著的直线负相关关系(p<0 05).The eggs of Pelteobagrus vachelli (Richardson, 1846) were fertilized artificially and incubated at 24.5℃, from the parental fish collected in the Jialing River. The developmental parameters of the larvae were observed at 20, 23, 26 and 29℃. The durations of the larvae with yolk sac were 8.21, 7.41, 6.61 and 5.61 d; the times to 50% mortality of the starvation larvae were 13.01, 11.01, 10.01 and 9.01 d; the increments of body mass were 2.74, 3.00, 4.66 and 3.02 mg; the increments of body length were 3.92, 4.10, 5.21 and 3.32 mm; the mass-specific growth rates were 10.01, 11.06, 21.20 and 14.05%d^(-1); the length-specific growth rates were 6.29, 7.22, 10.75 and 7.32%d^(-1), respectively. The body mass was significantly inverse linear with yolk sac volume (p<0.05).
