亚比棉及其三种杂种的同工酶分析

摘  要:对亚比棉及其三种杂种进行了同工酶分析,结果表明:亚洲棉×比克氏棉杂种F1共有9条酶带,为双亲的不完全互补型酶谱模式,其中与双亲同源的占44%,与亚洲棉单一同源的占44%,与比克氏棉单一同源的占11%;陆地棉×(亚洲棉×比克氏棉)杂种F1有9条酶带,为杂合型酶谱模式,其中与双亲同源的酶带占56%,与陆地棉单一同源的酶带占11%,与亚比棉单一同源的占11%,新生酶带占11%;(亚洲棉×比克氏棉)×陆地棉杂种F1有11条酶带,其中与双亲同源的占64%,与亚比棉单一同源的占9%,与陆地棉单一同源的占18%,新生酶带占9%;(亚洲棉×比克氏棉)×海岛棉杂种F1有11条酶带,为双亲的不完全互补型酶谱模式,其中与双亲同源的酶带占64%,与亚比棉单一同源的酶带无,与海岛棉单一同源的酶带占36%。The cotton breeding team has had the isozym experiment about G.arboreum×G.bickii and interspecific hybrid (G.arboreum×G.bickii) ×G.hirsutum and (G.arboreum×G.bickii) ×G.barbadense.The main results were as follows: Analysis on peroxidase isozyme of the three hybrids indicated: ①G.arboreum×G.bickii has 9 bands, and displayed partially complementary band pattern. 44% of its bands resist in both parents, 44% of its bands originate from G.bickii, 11% of its bands originate from G.bickii.②(G.arboreum×G.bickii) ×G.hirsutum has 11 bands, and displayed hybrid band parttern. 64% of its bands resist in both parents,9% of its bands originate from G.arboreum×G.bickii,18% of its bands originate from G.hirsutum,9% of its bands are new bands.③(G.arboreum×G.bickii) ×G.barbadense has 11 bands, 64% of its bands resist in both parents, no band originate from G.arboreum×G.bickii,36% of its bands originate from G.barbadense.
