摘  要:为优化气体离心机的取料器结构,引入了旋转流场中由细长障碍物引起能耗的计算模型———等效圆盘理论。运用并改进该计算模型,对几种X型离心机取料器的能耗进行了计算与分析,得到其能耗的构成,指出取料器头部的激波损耗占取料器总能耗的绝大部分,从而为离心机优化设计提供了理论依据。For the sake of optimizing the structure of scoop of gas centrifuge, the computer model-theory of equivalent round disk-for power consumption caused by slender obstacles in the rotary flow field was introduced. Utilizing and improving this calculation model, calculation and analysis were carried out on several kinds of scoops of X typed centrifuge. The constitution of its power consumption was obtained, and it is indicated that the loss of shock wave of scoop head covers most part of the total power consumption of scoop, thus provided theoretical basis for the optimization design of centrifuge.
