摘  要:在工程应用中,求解复杂结构优化问题,通常需要自行编制有限元计算程序,此类程序不仅编制难度较大,而且计算结果的可靠性较差。在利用优化算法对结构进行优化时,将ANSYS作为有限元分析工具,替代人工编制的有限元程序,能大大节约结构优化问题的求解时间,提高计算结果的可靠性。将齿行法与ANSYS相结合,对几个典型的结构优化问题进行最优化计算,计算结果表明方法正确、可行,能充分发挥ANSYS与优化方法两者的长处,具有优化效率高、效果好、实用性强等优点。Based on previous research works of structure optimization design, from the practical need of engineering application,and integrating general FEA software with a high efficient optimization method, this paper realized the synchronization of FEA and optimization. The basic principles of 'zigzag' method are introduced in this paper. Several numerical examples have been presented and solved by the program and other algorithm. The comparisons between this method and other algorithms have been obtained in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. The results proved that by using the advantages of ANSYS and optimization method, this design is not only correct and feasible,but highly effective and practically convenient.
