摘　　要：金属带材粉末轧制技术设计简单、加工成本低廉,融合了粉末冶金和带材轧制工艺的优点,受到了广泛关注。综述了金属粉末直接轧制带材的技术,分析了直接粉末轧制工艺对金属粉末的要求、轧制变形区的形成、生带材的制备和致密化工艺,提出了今后的研究方向。Because of their conceptual simplicity,low operating cost and in possession of the advantages of powder metallurgy (PM) and strip rolling,the manufacturing technique of metal strips by powder rolling is paid a wide attention.In this paper,manufacturing technique of metal strips by direct powder rolling is reviewed.The metal powder used in this technique,the rolling deformation zone,the preparation and densification of green strips are analyzed,and the research tendency in future is proposed.
