摘　　要：细胞凋亡是一种细胞死亡的形态学描述.与动物细胞相同,植物细胞的凋亡也是一种由细胞内部控制的、普遍存在的主动性死亡行为,在植物的系统发育、环境压力以及病原体感染过程中起到了重要的作用.在凋亡过程中有活性氧及Caspase的参与.但是迄今为止,植物细胞凋亡的分子调控机制仍不清楚.Apoptosis is a morphological depiction of cell death. Just as on animals cells, the death of plant cells is gene-controlled, ubiquitous and active behaviour.It also plays important role during normal development, environmental stress and pathogen attack.In this process there are active oxygen and caspase. But it is still obscure what is its controlling mechanism in the molecule.
