摘 要:20 0 1年7月至2 0 0 2年5月,在对海南救护的基础上,研究了笼养海南的觅食活动及其食性。经过1 3次的觅食活动和9次食性选择的观察,得到如下结果:笼养海南以晨昏活动为主,白天休息。日觅食活动呈现早7:0 0~9:0 0和晚1 9:0 0~2 1 :0 0两个高峰。日觅食时间在春、夏、冬三季的差异不显著。笼养海南以动物性食物为食,不食植物性食物。在吞食的几种动物性食物中,鱼类占的比例最大。各食物所占的比例是:长圆形鱼5 3.66%,纺缍形鱼36.5 8%,虾4.0 7%,蛙类2 .44%,蝗虫3.2 5 %,表明笼养海南对食物选择性高,食物格局狭窄,为狭食性动物。对食物长度与取食频次进行的分析表明两者间不相关,说明食物长度不影响海南选择食物。χ2 检验表明海南在夏、冬季的食性存在差异。During the rescue of White-eared Night Heron Gorsachiusmagnificus,the bird's feeding activity ( 1 3times) and preference ( 9times) were observed from July 2 0 0 1 to May 2 0 0 2 . The results were as follows:The activity pattern of White-eared Night Heron in captivity wasmainly on dawn and dark,and restin daylight. Two feeding activity peaks occurred in a day. One was from 7:0 0 am to 9:0 0 am,theotherwasfrom1 9:0 0 pm to2 1 :0 0 pm.Therewasno significantdifferentamong spring, summer and winter.The bird mainly fed on fish.The food pattern was:fish90 .2 4% ,shrimp4.0 7% , frog 2 .44% ,locust3.2 5% .Itwasstrictwith food. Therewasno significantcorrelation between food length and feeding frequency.It showed that the bird's feeding preference was free from the food length.χ2 testrevealted the feeding preference in summer and winter was significantly different( 0 .0 1 <P<0 .0 5,χ2 =2 .55) . Further testshowed thatthis was caused by preference of differentshape of fish.
