摘　　要：通过论述期刊多变性的具体现象及其特点,分析了期刊变化对期刊管理的影响,提出了针对变化期刊的管理措施。Through discussing on the concrete phenomena and the features of the polytropism of the periodicals, this paper analyzes the influence of periodicals' variation on the management of periodicals, and puts forward some managerial measures for the varied periodicals.
