摘　　要：针对目前高校图书馆在观念、管理及服务等方面存在的问题,指出高校图书馆必须在理念上进行变革,即进行新功能开发,以适应网络技术发展新形势的需要,并提出了高校图书馆功能开发的具体措施。In the light of the problems existing in the conception, management, service and other aspects of university library at present, this paper points o ut that university library must make revolution in its consciousness, that is to make the development of the new functions for the purpose of meeting the needs of the new situation of the development of the network technique, and puts forwa rd some concrete measures for university library to develop its functions.
