对西部图书馆运作理念变革的思考

摘　　要：探讨了西部图书馆文献信息组织由实体到虚拟的理念转型问题和图书馆活动的开放问题。认为图书馆工作流程应实现由物流向信息流的转变,信息组织应实现由单一到综合、由线性到非线性的转变,办馆理念实现由实体图书馆到数字化图书馆的转变;图书馆活动方式应从技术层面实现由关注馆内到馆内、馆外并重,由孤立到网络的全方位开放,实现从单一的信息服务到信息、知识服务一体化方向的转变。This paper probes into the problem of the transformation of the conc eption of western library's literature information organization from the solid o ne into the virtual one and the problem of the opening of library's activities, and points out that the workflow of the library should realize the transition fr om the material flow into the information flow, the information organization sho uld realize the transition from the simple into the comprehensive and from the l inear into the non-linear, the conception of library's management should realiz e the transition from the substantive library into the digital library, and libr ary's action mode should realize the transition from laying stress only on libra ry's inside into laying equal stress on library's inside and outside, form the i solated mode into network's omnibearing opening, and from the simple information service into the integration of the information service and the knowledge servi ce.
