摘　　要：在市场经济条件下,特别是我国加入WTO后,我国农村、农业的发展面临许多挑战,发展农村技术市场,建设农村技术市场服务体系已经成为客观需要,也是农村经济、科技发展的历史必然。简述了农村技术市场服务体系的内涵,分析了农村技术市场服务体系的发展现状和社会功能,并提出了建设农村技术市场服务体系的若干建议。Under the condition of the market economy, especially after WTO entr y of our country, the development of our country's countryside and agriculture f ace many challenges, developing rural technical market and constructing the serv ice system of rural technical market have become the objective requirement, and also the historical certainty of the development of rural economy and sci-tech. This paper briefly expounds the connotation of the service system of rural tech nical market, analyzes on the developing situation and social functions of the s ervice system of rural technical market, and puts forward some suggestions for c onstructing the service system of rural technical market.
