摘　　要：“9·11”恐怖事件以后,世界保险市场受到了巨大的冲击,遭受到有史以来最大的损失,而伊拉克战争的爆发,又给世界保险业带来了新的挑战。简述了“战争险”的概念及内涵,分析了突发性很强、大量运用高科技武器、有极大破坏性的现代战争对全球保险业造成的影响。After “9.11”terrorist attack, the international insurance market s uffered huge impact and the biggest loss in the history, and the Iraq War brings about the new challenges to the international insurance business. This paper br iefly expounds the conception and connotation of “the war insurance”, and anal yzes on the influence of the modern war with the maximum damages on the global i nsurance business.
