摘　　要：阐明了高校资料室定位和资料员发展之间的关系,指出应明确资料室专业信息导航服务的任务,确立资料员的发展目标,完善资料员的专业知识结构,以更好地实现为学校教学和科研服务的目的。This paper expounds the relation between the positioning of universi ty's reference room and the developing of the personnel of the reference room, a nd points out that the university should make clear the task of the reference ro om in providing the navigating service for the specialized information, establis hing the developing target of its personnel and perfecting the specialized knowl edge structure of its personnel for the purpose of realizing the target of provi ding the better service for university's teaching and scientific research.
