摘  要: 本文采用拉丁方试验设计,利用瘤胃尼龙袋技术,测定适时收获的小叶章牧草占粗饲料不同比例时,其NDF、ADF在奶牛瘤胃中的降解率。结果表明:饲喂不同处理日粮时小叶章牧草的NDF在奶牛瘤胃降解率依次为27.78%、33.14%、30.58%,ADF在奶牛瘤胃降解率依次为27.03%、30.78%、29.59%。说明当小叶章牧草占日粮粗饲料的25%、全株玉米青贮占75%时,其对奶牛的饲用价值较高。Three rumen fistulated Holstein cows were used to study the ADF and NDF degradability of Deyeuxia Langsdorffii Kunth in situ when its hay account for cow coarse fodder at the different proportions in 3×3 Latin square design. The results showed that the NDF effective degradability of Deyeuxia Langsdorffii Kunth when cows fed different diets were 27.7768%?33.1377%?30.5774% respectively. The ADF effective degradability of Deyeuxia Langsdorffii Kunth when cows fed different diets were 27.0348%?30.7845%?29.5858% respectively. The experiment proved that Deyeuxia Langsdorffii Kunth had higher feeding value when fed 25% its hay and 75% corn ensiling as coarse fodder.
