某部1994～2003年传染性疾病发病情况与分析

摘　　要：目的对某部1994～2003年的传染病流行情况进行分析,为制定传染病防治措施提供科学依据。方法根据1994～2003年某部所属医院门诊、住院病人的传染病登记和报表,按照《传染病防治法》对传染病的分类,将资料输入计算机,用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果某部在1994～2003年间,传染性疾病发病情况基本稳定,肠道传染病仍是主要的传染性疾病,其中病毒性肝炎发病人数占肠道传染病的69%,甲型肝炎发病呈下降趋势,乙型肝炎呈上升趋势,呼吸道传染病的发病情况呈明显的上升趋势,尤其是肺结核始终处于较高水平,性传播疾病的上升趋势明显,通过数学模型对性传播疾病发病人数进行预测,到2004年发病人数为49例。结论病毒性肝炎、肺结核、感染性腹泻是该部主要传染病,性传播疾病也应引起足够重视,要加大控制力度。Objective To analyse the epidemical status of infectious diseases in an army from 1994 to 2003,so as to provide the scientific basis for working out the measures to prevent infectious dieases. Methods The data of patients with infectious diseases in a hospital of an army were analyzed according to 《The Methods for Prevention and Treatment of Infectious diseases》, and were processed by excel software. Results The occurrence of infectious diseases was almost stable from 1994 to 2003.Alimentary tract infectious diseases were still the main epidemic, among which virus hepatitis accounted for 69%.The trend of HAV seemed to be descending while that of HBV ascending. The occurence of respiratory infectious diseases ascended dramatically, especially pulmonary tuberculosis was getting to the top of the occurrence composition. Veneral disease alao asended markedly.The predicted number of the occurrence of venereal disease by grey mathematical model is 49 cases in 2004 year.Conclusion Respiratory transmitted disease(especially pulmonary tuberculosis), chronic hepatitis, and infectious diarrhea are the main infectious diseases in the army. Venereal transmitted disease should also be a key point. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of these diseases.
