景宁县畲族与汉族中小学生常见病患病现状比较

摘　　要：目的了解畲族中小学生常见病患病情况,为制订学生常见病防治措施提供依据。方法对浙江省景宁畲族自治县城乡17所中小学校7-17岁畲族学生的患病情况与汉族学生进行1:1配比分析。结果畲族学生沙眼、扁平足、心脏杂音及辨色异常4种疾病检出率分别为2.1%,3.8%,0.4%,0.9%,高于汉族学生(1.8%,2.9%,0,0.4%;P<0.05);但龋齿和视力低下检出率(12.9%,18.8%)低于汉族学生(16.7%,20.5%)(P<0.05)。结论畲族中小学生常见病的患病情况与汉族学生有所差异,在进行学生常见病防治时应区别对待。Objective To know the prevalence of common diseases among primary and secondary school students of She nationality, and to provide basis for preventive measures. Methods The method of 1:1 matched analysis was used to compare the prevalence of common diseases for She nationality students aged 7-17 with Han in Jingning county. Results The prevalence rates of trachoma, flatfoot, heart noise and anomalous color defect were 2.1%, 3.8%, 0.4% and 0.9% which were respectively higher than Han nationality students(1.8%, 2.9%, 0 and 0.4% ; P <0.05). The prevalence rates of caries and poor eyesight for She students(12.9% , 18.8% ) were lower than Han students(16.7% , 20.5% ; P < 0.05). Conclusion Preventions to common diseases should be carried out according to the differences between two nationalities.
